Ingredients:
1 lb frozen bread roll
Two handfuls of your preferred cheese
Enough pepperoni slices to somewhat cover the cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F
Cover bread in oil, then thaw 1 lb of frozen bread
Cut the thawed roll in half
Roll one of the halves flat
Create a base layer of cheese (mozzarella recommended)
Cover cheese with pepperoni slices
Fold long sides in, overlapping the bottom with the top
Then fold the short sides in and pinch to merge the edges together to seal the roll.
Flip roll over onto folds and place on an oven-safe pan.
Repeat steps 4-9 with the second roll.
Cook both completed rolls in oven for 20 minutes or until the top of both becomes firm and golden.
Remove pizza rolls from oven and let sit for 4 minutes, then cut them into slices as in the photo above.

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, potato slices, broccoli)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F
Cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned and cooked through (~7-10 min). Drain excess fat
In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
In a 9x13 baking dish, spread the beef and onion mixture evenly.
Layer frozen vegetables on top.
Pour the cream of mushroom mixture over the vegetables, spreading it out.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the sauce.
Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
Optionally, add another thin layer of cheese atop the tater tots
Bake for 35-40 minutes until tater tots are golden and crispy.
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of cheese on top and bake for 5 more minutes until melted.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then eat.
